Billie Eilish has pledged $11.5 million from the proceeds of her Hit Me Hard and Soft: The Tour to food equity and climate justice organisations. The announcement came last night (29 October) during the WSJ.

Billie Eilish has pledged $11.5 million from the proceeds of her Hit Me Hard and Soft: The Tour to food equity and climate justice organisations.

The announcement came last night (29 October) during the WSJ. Magazine’s Innovator Awards in New York City, ahead of Eilish receiving the Music Innovator Award, presented by comedian and television host Stephen Colbert.

In his introduction of Eilish, Colbert revealed the $11.5m is earmarked “to support organisations, projects and voices dedicated to food equity, climate justice, reducing carbon pollution, and combating the climate crisis.”
